What is curbside pick up?

We want you to feel extra safe when eating with us, so now you can order online for curbside pickup. That's right, you can wait in the comfort of your car and we'll bring your order out to you when it's ready. Simply add your car registration number after your name in your account details when placing an online order and when it's ready, we'll give you a ring to confirm your location and bring your order out to your car!


How will you know how to find me?

We have designated pick up areas where we ask you to park for easy identification and delivery. Along with adding your number plate after your name on your order details, we will give you a call when your order is ready and confirm your location.


Is there an additional charge for Curbside pick up?

Not at all.


Is Curbside pickup only for cars?

As long as you can make it to our designated pick up areas with a license plate, you can pull up in your car, truck, scooter or horse. Please make sure your choice of transport only takes up one designated parking space though.


How hygienic is curbside pick up?

Along with the extra hygiene protocols we have implemented in our stores during this time, our team will sanitise their hands before bringing your order out to you and upon re-entry to the kitchen.


How do you adhere to physical distancing guidelines?

Upon confirming your pickup location our team will ask you how you would like your order handed to you once it's ready, we found most customers prefer to have their order placed on the bonnet of their car.


I've missed an item from my order, can I add something extra?

Unfortunately not, but you can place a second order if you still wanted to grab that item.

 
 

I entered the wrong license plate, what do I do?

That's alright, we will call you regardless to confirm your location so just let us know on the phone that your rego details are wrong (and make sure you update them before your next order).


What if my food is handed over cold?

We make all food to order, so as long as you arrive at the same time as your chosen pick up time then your food will always be served hot!


What if I'm running late?

No stress! Your order will be placed in a nice warm spot to keep it hot until you arrive. Once you arrive, give the store a call back and they will bring your order out to you.


What if there is an issue with my order?

You can call the store by redialing the number used to call you when our team confirmed your curbside pickup location and they will be able to help.


Can I sit in my car and eat?

We kindly ask you if you could move on as soon as you receive your order so there are car parks available for other curbside customers picking up their orders.
