Do all your stores deliver?

No, we are currently offering delivery at Hamilton East and Pukekohe only.


Do you deliver at all times of the day?

At this stage, we are only offering delivery at limited times. Please head to online ordering to see when delivery is available for your store.


How much does delivery cost?

There is a single $8 delivery fee. Pukekohe are also offering an extended delivery zone (see map below) which will incur a single $15 delivery fee.


Is there a minimum order?

Yes - orders over $40 (not including the delivery fee) will be eligible for delivery. Orders over $60 (not including delivery fee) will be eligible for Pukekohe’s extended delivery zone.


You mention that you offer contactless delivery, what does this mean?

When we deliver your order, there will be zero contact between you and our driver. You will receive a call from the driver when the order has arrived. To maintain zero contact (and so your Winner Winner meal isn't left unattended), our driver will place the order on your doorstep (or in a specifc location as requested by you), then stand 2m away from the order until you have collected it.


How do I know if you deliver to my address?

Check on our online platform winnerwinner.co.nz/order or download the Winner Winner app. Before placing your order, sign in or sign up. Select 'delivery' and enter your delivery address details to confirm that you are in our delivery area. Delivery is set at to variable radius’ around each store.


Am I paying more than I normally would in-store for the same thing?

Definitely not! All your favourite Winner Winner menu items are the same price delivered, as they are in-store.

 
 

I've missed something from my order, can I please add this?

Unfortunately not, but you can place a second order if you still wanted to grab that item. Please note, delivery charges and the minimum spend will still apply.


Something is missing from my order, what should I do?

If you have noticed this immediately, please let our driver know and they will help you on the spot. If you have noticed that something is wrong once our driver has left – get in touch via our contact form and we will be in touch to fix this for you.


What if my food is handed over cold?

We make all food to order and transport them in them insulated bags so your food remains hot for the journey. If you receive any part of your meal is cold upon delivery, please send us a message via our contact form so we can fix this for you.
