What is storefront contactless pick up?

We want you to feel extra safe when eating with us, so now you can order online for a contactless storefront pickup. We've developed storefront contactless pickup so you can safely order (and we can safely serve) your Winner Winner eats whilst still adhering to physical distancing guidelines.

Simply select ‘contactless pick up’ as your pickup method when online ordering, and we’ll see you at a safe 2m distance in front of our store to collect your order.


How do I place an order?

  1. Open our app or go to winnerwinner.co.nz/order, login or sign up and select 'contactless pick up’ as your pick up method. Add all items to cart and complete order.

  2. Drive to store per your pick up time, as you would normally with a pick up order.

  3. Arrive at the store, wait near the storefront contactless pick up point until your name is called (remember to keep your 2m physical bubble).

  4. Help us keep you safe - please sanitise your hands before collecting your order. Our team will be doing the same.

  5. Collect your order from the table or shelves when your name is called.

  6. Check your order and enjoy!


Why do I need to create an account?

We do this for security. It allows us to process payments and ensure that the right people get the right order when collecting storefront.


How will I know when my order is ready?

When placing your online order you will be asked to select a pick up time. Our team will then have your order ready for you to collect at storefront for your selected time. They will call your name out to let you know that it's ready. Please note, we will call out the account name which was used to place the online order. For example, if your partner ordered for you, listen our for their name.


How large can my order be?

Your order can be as large as you like, within reason.


Can I add something to my order after I have paid?

Unfortunately not, but you can place a second order if you still wanted to grab that item.


 

How hygienic is storefront pick up?

Along with the extra hygiene protocols we have implemented in our stores during this time, our team will sanitise their hands before bringing your order to the storefront and upon re-entry to the kitchen. You can read more at winnerwinner.co.nz/covid-19

 

How do you adhere to physical distancing guidelines?

When collecting your order, our staff will remain at a clear 2m distance at all times. When your order is ready our team will place your order on a table and step back 2m. You can read more at winnerwinner.co.nz/covid-19

 

What if I'm running late?

No stress! Your order will be placed in a nice warm spot to keep it hot until you arrive and our team will continue to call your name at regular intervals. If you are running more than 10mins late then please give the store a call on the number listed on your order confirmation/digital receipt.


What if my food is handed over cold?

We make all food to order, so as long as you arrive at the same time as your chosen pick up time, then your food will always be served hot!


What if there is an issue with my order?

If you haven't already left, please return to the storefront and our team will be able to assist you (at a safe distance) or phone the number listed on your digital receipt. If you have left, please email [email protected] with your order details and we will get back in touch with you.
