Tuck into the Blazin’ Battered Chimi Burger ~ Beer battered steak in a Garage Project Hapi Daze IPA beer batter coating, with a sunny side up fried egg, drizzled with fresh chimi sauce all wedged between a buttery potato bun. Bringing you a hot new take on a customary Dominican Chimichurri burger it’s a recipe that unlocks layers of chilli with every bite. From the batter, to the punchy chimi sauce and mayo.
